It's that time of year again and we're excited about the upcoming 2025 NC State Fair!

We are seeking Police Officers to staff the annual NC State Fair that will begin on Thursday, October 16 and ends on Sunday, October 26. If you enjoy people, working in a fast-paced environment, could use a little extra cash, and being part of a team essential to a safe and fun event, we need you!

The schedule for these positions may run October 1 through October 31.

The Fair is held at: 4285 Trinity Road, Raleigh, NC 27607.

  • NC BLET Certified and currently sworn as a Justice Officer with the NC DOJ Criminal Justice Education and Training Standards and currently employed by a law enforcement agency, whether full or part time or in reserve capacity.
High school or General Educational Development (GED) diploma.

Necessary Special Qualifications:

Certification as a Law Enforcement Officer in accordance with the provisions of the North Carolina Criminal Justice Education and Training Standards Commission.
