The Fair Political Practices Commission seeks a dynamic leader to serve as Enforcement Division Chief (Chief of Enforcement)—an impactful role at the forefront of promoting integrity in California’s political system. This high-level position offers a hybrid work schedule and the opportunity to shape statewide enforcement policy while leading a team of dedicated professionals. The ideal candidate for the Chief of Enforcement is an experienced manager and strategic, hands-on leader with a deep understanding of California’s political practices and a strong commitment to upholding ethical standards in public service. This individual brings experience managing complex investigations and legal proceedings, ideally within a regulatory or law enforcement agency, and possesses a practical, working knowledge of the Political Reform Act and the laws, rules, and regulations governing political conduct in California.
