This position is a DOD Cyber Excepted Service (CES) personnel system position in the Excepted Service under 10 USC 1599f. Employees occupying CES positions are in the Excepted Service and must adhere to U.S. Code, Title 10, as well as

To qualify based on your experience, your resume must describe one year specialized experience that demonstrates the possession of knowledge, skills, abilities, and competencies necessary for immediate success in the position. Such experience is typically in or directly related to the work of the position to be filled.
Specialized experience would be demonstrated by responding to and investigates emergency calls, complaints, and other calls for service; conducting traffic law enforcement patrol; apprehending violators, participating in searches and/or issuing citations.
TRAINING REQUIREMENTS:
Successfully graduated from the United States Army Civilian Police Academy; or successfully graduate within 12 months of hire date; or is a current employee and is considered grandfathered IAW AR 190-56, unless incumbent has a current approved waiver from the Office of the Provost Marshal General (OPMG).
Incumbent must be able to successfully pass training, certification and qualification requirements related to law enforcement work functions as prescribed by policy, regulations or statutes. These include, but not limited to: weapons qualifications, first aid/CPR and National Incident Management System (NIMS) training requirements.
Incumbent must meet the requirements of AR 190-56:---Successfully pass a preemployment and recurring medical evaluation.---Pass a Physical Agility Test (PAT) within 30 days of hire date and annually thereafter. PAT consist of19 pushups in 2 minutes and a 1.5 mile run in 17 minutes and 30 seconds (17:30).---Comply with and maintain the requirements of the Individual Reliability Program (IRP).
