Description Direct. supervise, manage, coordinate, train & monitor Campus Police & Security (CP&S) operations. Responsible for all full-time and part-time employees & contract Premise Officers. Assure safety for employees, students, & visitors on all facilities . Visit County Campuses on a regularly scheduled basis to provide life safety training /general inspections. Maintain a safe campus environment. Develop & implement college-wide EMO plans, drivers defense, routine life safety procedures and fire drills. Manage the key/lock program, surveillance, alert system and emergency vehicles programs. Manage college vehicle program including vehicles, golf carts, and trailers.
HS diploma and experience performing patrol or investigative duties with a public law enforcement agency.
Prefer Master's degree in criminal justice or a related field +2yrs work experience in law enforcement to include 1 yr in a supervisory capacity: or bachelor's degree in criminal justice or a related field + 4 yrs work experience in law enforcement to include 2 yrs in a supervisory capacity, or associate's degree 6 yrs work experience in law enforcement to include 3 yrs supervisory capacity
