The Clark County Department of Juvenile Justice is seeking qualified applicants to apply for Senior Management Analyst. As a member of our team, you will be pivotal in ensuring operational excellence and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate is responsible for supervising Detention Administration personnel, overseeing data collection, data management, and data analysis to support informed decision-making, and ensuring adherence to audit and compliance standards, including Performance-Based Standards (PBS), the Prison Rape Elimination Act (PREA), and the State of Nevada. Also, will be involved in liaising with State of Nevada officials to meet reporting requirements, developing and maintaining Juvenile Detention standard operating procedures, and tracking facility work orders to ensure timely resolution of maintenance needs. Additionally, the analyst will coordinate youth appointments to facilitate smooth daily operations and perform other duties as assigned by Detention Management. This position seeks a proactive leader with expertise in audit compliance, data-driven strategies, and operational management to maintain a safe, efficient, and compliant Juvenile Detention environment for staff and youth.
