Position Details

We are currently looking for motivated individuals to fill Armed Officer Positions for several major clients in the Rockford and surrounding areas, mainly Hospitals and the Airport, however as we continue to keep expanding, more opportunities will come.

If you want to get a start into a career in Security or Law Enforcement, this is the Agency for you.

Qualifications:

• Must be 21 years of age at the time of hire
• Valid driver's license required
• Must have valid FOID card
• No Residency requirement, however must have reliable transportation
• Must be of excellent moral character and personal integrity
• Must have no felony convictions and be of good moral character as described in State Statute 65 IL 5/10-2.1-6

Current Law Enforcement Officers and former Law Enforcement Officers are encouraged to apply.

Officers with Metro Enforcement are trained on:

• Use of force
• TASER
• Firearms
• Detaining and Arrest Tactics
• De-escalation Techniques
• Radio Usage
• Baton and OC Spray

We also have:

• Explosive and drug K9 units
• Airport, cargo and passenger terminals
• Cannabis Grow sites and dispensaries
• Mass Transit facilities
• Schools and educational facilities
• Hospital and healthcare facilities
