Under the supervision of the Jail Administrator, prepares all menu plans for the jail which meet Department of Corrections’ guidelines. Supervises cooks and inmates assigned to the kitchen. Under the direction of the Sheriff, performs marine law enforcement work on and around local waterways; insuring the protection of citizens of and visitors to Otsego County.
