Medical Director (MD or DO)

TK Health is now hiring a Medical Director (MD or DO).

Location: Tulsa County Jail - Tulsa, OK

Pay: Up to $300,000

Schedule:

• 32 hours per week on-site

Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight of all healthcare services
• Collaborate with facility leadership and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Ensure quality standards and compliance with state/federal regulations
• Deliver direct patient care as needed and provide supervision to other clinical providers
• Participate in policy development, risk management, and continuous quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

• Must hold an active and unrestricted MD or DO license in the state of OK
• Board-certified or board-eligible in a relevant specialty (Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, etc.)
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience preferred, with supervisory experience a plus
• Correctional healthcare experience is a plus but not required
• Ability to pass a background check
