• Starting: $72,780.75 - $80,539.86

  Lateral Entry Officers may qualify for starting pay increases:

  • Lateral Officers will be paid based on experience between $72,780.75 to $80,539.86
  • The maximum amount that a Lateral can be paid in the Village is the Year 3 tier

  Top out pay is in 6 years or sooner based on lateral step: $92,000.00 with benefits and is currently under collective bargaining
